Thank you for choosing Trib's Automotive for your vehicle needs. We are committed to providing top-quality service and repairs and stand behind our work. Our warranty covers both parts and labor for a period of two (2) years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service completion.

Coverage Details:

Parts Warranty:

• All parts installed by Trib's Automotive are covered for two (2) years or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of installation.
• This warranty includes the repair or replacement of any defective part, free of charge, during the warranty period.

Labor Warranty:

• Our skilled technicians guarantee the quality of their workmanship for two (2) years or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of service.
• We will re-perform any repair or service found to be defective due to our workmanship at no additional cost during the warranty period.

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover repairs or services due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations from the original repair.
• It does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance services, or services not explicitly performed by Trib's Automotive.
• Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties will void this warranty.

Claims Process:

1. In the event of an issue covered under this warranty, please contact us immediately.
2. Provide the original repair order or invoice number, along with a description of the problem.
3. We will schedule an inspection to verify the issue and determine the necessary course of action.
4. If the problem is covered, we will repair or replace the defective part and/or re-perform the service as needed, at no charge.

Important Notes:

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle.
• Trib's Automotive reserves the right to void this warranty if evidence suggests misuse, improper maintenance, or any action that affects the original repair.
• Any repairs or modifications made by another repair facility without prior authorization from Trib's Automotive will void this warranty.
• All warranty work must be performed by Trib's Automotive unless prior authorization is given before warranty claim started. Failure to receive prior authorization voids the warranty.

Your Rights:

• No other warranties, expressed or implied, apply unless explicitly stated in writing.
